Some of you already know this through comments and stuff and I'm very much of the mindset of "don't count chickens before they hatch" so I've been keeping it on the down low but as it stands now it looks like everything is go, so.....

Yes, ladies and gents it's true. Allie is off to the land of the rising sun to teach English for a year (or more?). The lengthy process began almost a year ago and definitely came with some interesting challenges, but it looks like I passed all the interviews and applications and I'm going. I have a fantastic placement, it's on Honshu and is a fairly large city with heaps of culture and (!!) ART! They place you randomly but it was my first request so I'm over the moon. I'm in the crazy throes of prepping for this big adventure so I've been very bad about checking email/comments and stuff. This weekend I'll go through and try to reply to as much as I can. @_@

Anyway, onto other fun things... BUTTONS AND POSTERS FOR SALE!!
I missed out on AX so I have many leftovers. These buttons are all for sale:



They are 1.25", a little bigger than a Canadian toonie (which is slightly bigger than the American 1$ coin). Prices are as follows:

1 for 2$
3 for 5$
5 for 8$
7 for 11$
10 for 13$
15 for 17$

Shipping is 3$ in Canada and 4$ everywhere else.

POSTERS! are also available, only of these designs:


Posters are 25$ each, and shipping to Canada is 10$.

They are all 20x30 inches (I think a little smaller than a wallscroll), except Kuroshitsuji which is a few inches thinner, like 16x30. The shipping is pricey because the only way I can send it is by tube, and it's thus considered a "package" by Canada Post standards. The good news is that if you want more than one poster, or want buttons as well, there is no extra shipping cost, it's only 10$.

I take Paypal, Money Order, and Cheque, but the last day I can accept orders is JULY 17TH.
