D is for Dinobot!

This was going to be a big epic piece but I decided if I did that I'd never make it to E and I'm already way behind. So I simplified it. Went for a pseudo Japanese ink feel because Dinobot has always had a bit of a samurai vibe to him. Then I added the Japanese which is ...not in fact grammatically correct cuz the full thing didn't look as cool. It literally says "The rest silence", short for "The rest is silence" which is a popular Dinobot quote. Oh my god I am a huge nerd.

From Beasties or, as it was known in the States, "Beast Wars". What a great show! Made by the ever wonderful Mainframe (ReBoot studio), it really had less of a Transformers feel and more of a ReBoot one. I became a big fan of this when I was 9. On Wednesday nights I played basketball at a bball club with my brother and my brother's best friend, Trent. Right after the club we would race over to Trent's house and watch ReBoot (they were doing the old Enzo part by that point)and right after that, Beasties. Such a great show. Such a great character. AND a raptor! It's almost cheating to be so awesome.
